The Silver Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) level requires fleet operators to fit HGVs with enhanced safety equipment to monitor blind spots, fuel usage, distance travelled, fleet management and telematics and demonstrate all this to the scheme. All this helps to protect vulnerable road users where ever their courier service takes them.
